For Human Resources Administration

Calculating the net amounts of monthly salaries to be paid to employee based on the terms of the employment contracts and other information provided (computation will include base salary, bonus and allowances, if any, and deduction of provident fund contributions, and no pay leave, if any)

Arranging payments of the monthly net salaries to the employees’ bank account, payments to the provident fund scheme administrator

Preparing pay slip for each individual employee as required by laws

Assistance in the application and renewals of work visa and dependants’ visa, liaison with government department on matters related to expatriate staff

Annual employer’s return of remuneration and pensions
To report by end of April each year the total remuneration paid to employees in respect of the preceding year ended 31 March

Notification by employer of commencement of employment of an employee
To report an employee’s commencement of employment in Hong Kong within 3 months of such commencement

Notification by employer of employee who is about to cease to be employed
To report an employee’s cessation of employment 1 month before the cessation or as soon as possible

Notification by employer of employee who is about to leave Hong Kong
To report 1 month before the expected departure if an employee is about to leave Hong Kong
For Mandatory Provident Funds administration

We shall assist the Company in setting up a MPF scheme with a MPF service provider, if required in due course

Notifying the administrators of the commencement and cessation of employment of staff and changes in amounts of contributions (if applicable)
For medical and insurance benefit administration

Liaising with the insurance agents and brokers and the company’s official for setting up the medical, workers’ compensation, life and disabilities insurances, if required.

Notifying the insurance brokers of the commencement and cessation of employment of staff (if applicable)
